About us

Retake Camera Co. sells one camera: the Canon PowerShot ELPH 360 HS.

Small Canon point-and-shoots are popular again. People want photos that look like photos, with real zoom, a real flash and none of the phone's processing. New ELPH 360 HS cameras are hard to find, and used ones on marketplaces are a gamble: no testing, no grade you can trust, no way back if the lens fails a week later.

So we do the part a marketplace doesn't. We buy used ELPH 360 HS cameras in the US and run every one through the same seven checks: the zoom cycled ten times, test shots at three zoom levels checked on a computer, video, flash and Wi-Fi, the screen and every button, a 50-shot battery test, a full reset and a clean. Cameras that fail are not sold.

Each camera that passes gets a grade based only on how it looks, Grade A or Grade B, and ships as a full kit with a new 32 GB card. Shipping is free, you have 30 days to return it, and our 90-day warranty covers faults from normal use.
