These terms apply when you use retakecamera.com or buy from Retake Camera Co. ("Retake", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Retake Camera Co. is an independent business that sells used Canon PowerShot ELPH 360 HS cameras. We are not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored or endorsed by Canon Inc. or Canon U.S.A., Inc. Canon, PowerShot, ELPH and other brand names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell. The warranty on our cameras is provided by Retake, not by Canon.

Products

Our cameras are used. Each one is tested and graded by us as described on our How we test page. Product photos are Canon's images of the model, not the exact unit you will receive; the grade you choose describes the condition of your camera. We work to describe every camera accurately; if yours is not as described, you can return it at our cost.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Discount codes

First-order codes are limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other codes unless stated, have no cash value, and end on the date shown with the offer. We may refuse a code used in breach of these terms.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping policy, Returns and refunds policy and 90-day Limited Warranty are part of these terms.

Using our site

Don't misuse our site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. Content on this site, apart from third-party trademarks and Canon's product images, belongs to Retake.

Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of photos or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
