This policy explains what personal information Retake Camera Co. ("we", "us") collects when you visit retakecamera.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Order information: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and the items you buy. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not see or store full card numbers.
Messages: what you send us by email or through the contact form.
Device and browsing information: your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty claims
To answer your messages
To prevent fraud and keep our store secure
To understand how people use our site and to measure our advertising
To send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that limit how they can use it: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, USPS and other shipping services, our email provider, and analytics and advertising services such as Google and Meta. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and advertising

We and our partners use cookies to keep your cart working, to remember your preferences, to understand site traffic, and to show you our ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized ads through Google Ads Settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance. Some features may not work without cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to get a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those laws define them. To use any of these rights, email support@retakecamera.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, warranty and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize other information when we no longer need it.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
