Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. There is no minimum order and no end date.

Delivery time

We ship within 2–4 business days of your order, and your camera arrives in 5–8 business days from the day you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

To receive your camera by December 24, 2026, order by Sunday, December 13, 2026.

Carrier

Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Where we ship

• All 50 US states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii
• PO boxes are accepted
• We do not ship to US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States

Address changes

Email support@retakecamera.com as soon as possible if your address is wrong. We can change it before the order ships, but not after.

Late, lost or damaged packages

If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos of any damage. We will open a claim with USPS and send a replacement or a full refund. You will not be asked to wait for the claim to finish.
